Description
Delicious lemon curd cake bars made with a simple cake mix and topped with a sweet lemon curd.
Ingredients

- 1 box cake mix (yellow or white, 15 oz)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 jar lemon curd (13 oz)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, egg and melted butter.
- Press the batter evenly into the bottom of a 9×12 pan (lined with parchment paper).
- Spread the lemon curd over top.
- Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are slightly brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before sprinkling on powdered sugar.
Notes
- Make sure to let the bars cool completely for the best texture.
- You can use any flavor of cake mix for a different twist.
