Simple and delicious fluffy pancake squares, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pancake mix (Krusteauz used)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup milk (whole or 2% is best)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
- 1/2 tsp maple extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Use a bowl to mix together ingredients until it is smooth.
- When oven is preheated, spray sheet pan with non-stick spray and pour in batter (do not fill pan further than 3/4 of the way full or may overflow).
- If you want to add berries or chocolate chips, sprinkle on now.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned on the top.
- Use a pizza cutter to slice into squares and serve with syrup.
