Delicious air-fried sockeye salmon that is seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 12 oz sockeye salmon (cut into 6-oz portions, de-scaled and rinsed under cool water)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt (to taste)
- ¼ tsp pepper (to taste)
- ¼ tsp paprika
- lemon (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Thoroughly pat the rinsed sockeye salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush each side of the salmon with the olive oil. Season evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down. Be sure to keep them in a single layer with plenty of room between them for the air to circulate.
- Cook at 390°F for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Once the time is up, open the air fryer basket and use a fork to check the doneness. If the salmon flakes apart easily at its thickest portion, it’s ready.
- Serve immediately with a slice or two of lemon, if desired.
