Delicious puffed muffins that are easy to make!
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 0 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Place your muffin tin in the oven to heat.
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend or whisk until smooth.
- Let the batter rest at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove the hot muffin tin from the oven. Generously grease each cup with butter.
- Pour the batter into each muffin cup, filling about halfway.
- Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven when puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the muffin tin is very hot before pouring in the batter.
- These muffins are best eaten fresh out of the oven.
