Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6-ounce) fresh salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  5. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the top; season with salt and pepper.
