Delicious baked salmon fillets with garlic butter sauce

- 4 (6-ounce) fresh salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over the top; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.
