Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, bean sprouts, green onions, and cilantro.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the vegetable mixture.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili flakes.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
