Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken (cut into bites)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 0 tsp black pepper
- 0 cup honey
- 0 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with cornstarch.
- Sear chicken in a hot skillet with oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to skillet, cook briefly, then stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, then return chicken and toss to coat.
- Cook until sauce is sticky and glossy. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the skillet is hot before adding the chicken.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
