Description
Delicious chocolate peanut clusters made with a mix of chocolate and nuts, perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lbs white almond bark (chopped or in chunks)
- 4 oz German sweet chocolate (such as Baker’s brand)
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 ½ cups roasted, salted peanuts
- 2 ½ cups almonds (or your fave nut mix!)
- Holiday sprinkles (optional, for festive vibes)
Instructions
- Layer Your Chocolate Magic: In your crockpot, layer white almond bark, German chocolate, milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chips — no need to stir!
- Low and Slow Melting: Set your crockpot to LOW heat for about 1 to 1.5 hours. Let all that chocolate melt into gooey, dreamy perfection.
- Add the Crunch: Once the chocolate is fully melted, stir in peanuts and almonds.
- Spoon and Drop: Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop clusters onto wax paper or parchment paper.
- Top and Set: Add sprinkles while still soft if you’re feelin’ festive! Let cool at room temp for about an hour or until fully set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container to keep the clusters fresh.
- Experiment with different nuts or add-ins for a unique twist!
