Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease mini cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Divide batter into prepared pans and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cakes slightly; poke holes in each with a fork.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Pour over cakes to soak.
- Chill for at least one hour; top with whipped cream before serving.
