Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs boneless turkey breast
- 8 oz high-quality prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 12 oz herbed stuffing mix
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix with chicken broth according to package instructions and stir in chopped herbs.
- Carefully slice a pocket into the turkey breast and fill it generously with the prepared stuffing.
- Lay out slices of prosciutto on a cutting board and wrap them around the stuffed turkey breast, overlapping slightly for full coverage.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped turkey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a baking dish and roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow to rest for ten minutes before slicing.
