Delicious cookies filled with chocolate, caramel, and pretzels.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup soft caramel candies, chopped
- 3/4 cup mini pretzels (plus more for topping)
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips, chopped caramels, and crushed pretzels.
- Scoop dough balls onto a baking sheet. Press a mini pretzel on top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until set but soft in the center.
Notes
- For a saltier flavor, add more flaky sea salt on top before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
