Ingredients

- 3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn cut off the cob)
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tablespoon ranch dressing mix (We used Hidden Valley brand)
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook the corn according to package instructions.
- Pour the cooked corn into a bowl, and add the butter, stirring it in until fully melted.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, and salt and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and serve warm.

- This dish can be made with either fresh or frozen corn.
- Adjust seasoning as preferred.
