Description

A delightful side dish made with corn, butter, and Parmesan cheese, seasoned perfectly and served warm.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn cut off the cob)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon ranch dressing mix (We used Hidden Valley brand)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the corn according to package instructions.
  2. Pour the cooked corn into a bowl, and add the butter, stirring it in until fully melted.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing mix, and salt and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined and serve warm.
