- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt then fold into the wet mixture gently.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries carefully to avoid crushing the fruit.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely before lifting from the pan and slicing for best results.
