Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 200g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150ml heavy cream
- 300g fresh mango puree
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm water
- Fresh mango chunks for garnish

Instructions
