- 8 large lasagna sheets
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add cooked sausage and mix well. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, combine ricotta, half the mozzarella, onion mixture, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook Pasta: Boil lasagna sheets in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean surface.
- Assemble Rolls: Spread a thin layer of the filling on each pasta sheet. Roll each sheet tightly and place seam side down in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the rolls. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
