- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juices, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add elbow macaroni. Stir, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
