Description

Delicious kabobs made with fresh strawberries and pound cake, served with whipped cream and drizzled with honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries hulled
  • 12 ounces pound cake cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup whipped cream for serving
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 each wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Rinse and hull the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Cut the pound cake into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Thread one strawberry and one pound cake cube alternately onto each skewer.
  4. Arrange the kabobs on a serving platter.
  5. Drizzle honey over the kabobs.
  6. Serve with whipped cream on the side.
