Delicious kabobs made with fresh strawberries and pound cake, served with whipped cream and drizzled with honey.

- 1 pound strawberries hulled
- 12 ounces pound cake cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup whipped cream for serving
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8 each wooden skewers
Instructions
- Rinse and hull the strawberries and pat them dry.
- Cut the pound cake into 1-inch cubes.
- Thread one strawberry and one pound cake cube alternately onto each skewer.
- Arrange the kabobs on a serving platter.
- Drizzle honey over the kabobs.
- Serve with whipped cream on the side.
Notes
- Make sure the strawberries are ripe for the best flavor.
- You can also use chocolate sauce instead of honey for a different taste.
